Double-bound book of an excerpt from Discipline and Punish by Michel Foucault. It is perfect bound once and bound again with string. Much like how the design of the panopticon seeks to control and contain human behavior, the design of this book demonstrates containment with thin margins and short line lengths. It takes known book traditions and makes them more apparent, presenting the reader with the power in being able to see everything.
